TGC Men's Rules
The men use NCAA men's gymnastics rules.
Basically, NCAA rules are the FIG (International) standard rules except that a B as well as a C dismount will receive 0.3 element group 5 credit.
To see the men's FIG Code of Points, click on the following link, select Code of Points/ Acro/ English from the list on the Left.
Use the following items from this NGJA link for NCAA Rules for Men.
1. NGJA/ NCAA Modifications for 2007-2008
2. NGJA/ USAG Modifications for 2007-2008
3. NCAA Modifications for 2007-2008 (also linked above)
4. Vault Values Chart for the December 2006 FIG Code

DO NOT use JO rule intrepretations for TGC Competitions.
However, NAIGC Nationals will use the JO Level 9 Rules for Men. Very similar now to FIG/NCAA except only 8 skills count rather than 10 and JO interpretations apply (such as any simple gymnastics skill receives an A value but no element group credit).
